The Telecom Technical Architecture Group (TAG) are pleased to announce its v2.0 of the Connected Services Framework. This version build on the v1.0 work launched last May 2025. The principles are still the same, the CSF is still fully backward compatible with v1.0 and its documentation has been significantly overhauled and now includes the Part 1 CWP Overview, the Part 2 CSP Implementation Guide with a section dedicated to the integration with TOTSCo (Part 2 section 6). Whilst the 162 page standard is a significant tome for anyone but the technical developers that implement the CSF, a nice short handbook has also been created alongside a fully searchable and indexed CSF (see https://csf-uk.org/framework). Furthermore building on our recently adoped governance model, we also publish more documents that underpin our governance such as the alignment to the OTA GPLB Steering Group, our guidelines for conduct, our Terms of Reference and several FAQs.
